The Role of Parent Representatives

  • Support the teachers on organizational tasks
  • Involvement in internal decisions
  • Represent parents' interests against the board and the teachers
  • Organization of festivals (lantern procession, Christmas play, Summer festival, Goodbye party)

Election of Parent Representatives

Each Kindergarten group elects two representatives, each Nesthäkchen group one representative. These representatives are elected at the first Parents' meeting of the Kindergarten year by the attending parents in at least two secret election rounds (first and second representative).
